We could not have had a better guide than Gaylen through the process of selling our house in the summer of 2020. Several months into the pandemic and everything was uncertain, and we made the very sudden decision to move. Gaylen was an incredible partner through the process of prepping our home for sale, strategizing around asking price, talking us through our options, and negotiating a sale price we were very happy with. He advocated for small things like changing out hardware and touch up paint, while advising us to hold off on bigger changes that he didn't think would translate to the sale price.
